Garden Grove @ Swan

Hi everyone!

I'm looking for some feedback on the Garden Grove restaurant at the Swan.

Is the food good? How about the low-carb menu?

I saw a few items that looked interesting.

Also, how is the service? If I went for lunch would it take a long time to eat?

Finally, any other recommendations for a reasonably priced and quick (less than an hr from seating to paying) yet healthy lunch within the Swan/Dolphin complex?

Thanks in advance for your advice! :D

We have eaten at the Graden Grove twice, but during the character dinners when it is called Gullivers.

I can tell you both times the food was excellent (had the buffets both times). Kids and adults found plenty to like. Service was also very good.

Can't help you with lunch time, sorry, or low-carb stuff.

Seating depends on how crowded the resorts are (if there are a lot of conventions going on). When we went in April, the first few days there were few convetioneers, so we got right in with no wait or ressie. A few days later, Swan and Dolphin got slammed w/ conventions, and it was impossible to get into any place.

The new Buffeteria in the Dolphin called Picabu (formally Tubbi's) should be open now, if not, it will be soon. I don't know what their offerings will be but it will be fast service.

You can check out all menus at www.allearsnet.com for other places in these resorts. Also, Boardwalk eateries and Yacht Beach Club are within easy walking distance, 10 min or less.

Have fun!
