Garden Grocer/Trip question

anybody use them before? how does it work exactly? what was your experience with them? Thanks in Advance!

We have yet to book our trip which will be Feb. 21-28. We obviously will not be able to get our Magical Express and Info packet in time right? What do we do then, just show up at magical express and our resort with our confirmation #'s? Thanks again!

We used Garden Grocer in Dec for the first time. You can go to their website Gardengrocer.com and order right online or you can call, they will call you a few days before your trip just to confirm and that's it. Our things were ready when we got there. We had ordered some refrigerated things and the Bell Services had them in a fridge since we hadn't arrived yet. Everything was as ordered, no problems at all. We had ordered quite a bit so we had bell services bring the items up to our room so we wouldn't have to lug them to our room ourselves. I highly recommend them. It's a great service to have!

We use them every time we go and have not had a single problem with them. They even called us to let us know that the delivery was made to the resort. I travel with 2 toddlers and have ordered everything from diapers and wipes to formula. And have always had a great experience. I would definitely recommend them.

Thats what were thinking! we have 3 little ones: 4,2,1. thought we could order diapers,wipes and other snacks, instead of packing all that stuff. Do we need to be in our room to receive or delivery?

No, they will deliver it and if you are not there, they will leave everything with bell services and call you to let you know it was delivered. Then you can either go and get it or have bell services deliver it to your room. When you have little kids that still need diapers etc., there's no other way to go, if you ask me.

We used them for our October 08 trip for the first time, loved it, as others have said they call you before and after they made the delivery. We were at one of the parks, when we got back to the room we just called Bell services and they brought it to the room. If you have food to be kept cold they will store it in a Refrigerator as well until they deliver it to your room. With all the charges for baggage it saved us having to pay for an extra bag.
