So, since we've heard that it's rotating again we decided to try for an ADR for our September trip. To my surprise, it's not showing any available times at all. Is this usual? Also, how likely is it to get a walk-in there?

Is September free dining? All the character meals go so fast during free dining. Keep trying and somethin hopefully will pop up befor your vacation.

If not, I would go there right when the restaurant opens and ask if they add you in to the wait list. They will probably tell u to come back in an hour or 2 or might even be able to get you in right away...it's up in the air, but the earlier the better.

On our trip last Nov, there actually where a lot of walk ups waiting to get in and the waiting area was full once we arrived. We waited 5 minutes and got right in, ahead of everyone! At first I was scared thinking they were running behind, so when they called our name so fast I asked about everyone waiting. They were on a 2 1/2 hour wait for walk ins!!!

We booked for September for garden grill 100 days ago at the 180 mark for ADR. Keep checking there may be an opening at some point. Good luck

Yeah, I figured that with FD it might be tight but then I remembered that they're also only open for dinner AND they're a character meal. I'll just keep checking for openings and we'll probably try to walk-up when we get there.

Where did you read it was rotating again? Because on June 7th it was definitely not and there were some potted plants covering most of the view into the restaurant.

Yeah. plus on the Disney Fanatics group on Facebook people were saying they had ADR's in the last few days and it was rotating.

I had cancelled my original ADR for Garden Grill but have now re-reserved knowing it is now rotating again.

This is very nice to hear, and hopefully we'll get a couple of other confirmations that it is indeed rotating again.

Bazinga! I just checked for any openings and scored a 7:05pm ADR on the 24th!
