Galaxy’s Edge Soft Opening

Vloggers are here, security is out in force, and cast members are at the ready. 1pm was the original projected time, but it was delayed until 3. We’ll see if it actually goes live shortly.

It's past 3..... update?

Absolutely nothing. Same crowd, same number of cast and security. Supervisor’s out front saying there’s no soft opening, but my info on times is coming directly from a cast member working in the land. All locations are currently staffed as well. I’m hanging out a little while longer, but not wasting the day here. If I miss it, there’s always next year, and there’s no way I’ll be anywhere near Studios tomorrow.

Half the time CM's right there and working don't know what's going on.
I would not have expect a 1 day prior soft opening.
That would not be soft at all.

I checked back a couple times, and it never opened. Still didn’t deter the vloggers and the faithful though.

And I agree, it didn’t make sense to open. Can’t wait to see reports from tomorrow, and how much of a cluster it becomes.
