After our trip in January I ended up with one less day on my no expiration ticket than did my wife. (The reason is a long story) We had planned to use the remaining days in a couple years (we bought extra days each on the original tickets).
Anyway, I couldn't add the days while in Orlando so I called when I got home. They told me to return the original ticket and as long as the envelope was postmarked no later than 14 days after first use they can add days at an incremental cost. I was quoted a price for the additional day and sent the ticket and check as certified and return receipt.
I received the new ticket yesterday (via FedEx) and what was originally a 7 day ticket now reads as an 8 day ticket on the back. Now we both have 5 days each for the next visit.
It worked quite well.
