Funny thing I realized about the planning DVD's

We got our "new" one in the mail yesterday. Same as last years, which is a shame as it's awful and provides little information. But anyways, we went to the Resort section to see if it was updated, which it was not. But here's what I realized:

-Disneyworld.com tells you to order their free vacation planning DVD.
-The DVD gives you no information about the individual resorts but tells you to go to Disneyworld.com to learn more.

It would certainly be nice if they showed us around the various resorts. DVD's can hold a couple hours of video. Use that full time, Disney and let us see more of the resorts.

It's just very lazy.

Not to start a Disney vs. Universal thing, but has anyone ever seen the video clips of the resorts that Universal has on their website. Over 7 minutes each. NO reason Disney can't do something like that, though I must say, their website resort section has improved greatly.

A vicious circle. Considering they want to promote what they have, they sure don't do a good job of showing it off. Glad I don't have to rely on it. No wonder first timers are soooo lost and confused.
