The "global neighborhood news" screen right after the starfeild talks about Lance's launch into space (the boy band Lance).

And the two kids on the internet talking back and forth talk about softball instead of karate.

i was just down there and they are talking about lance, but there is a loop b/w the kids with softball and karate. i think the boy tells the girl about karate and the girl tells the boy about softball or vice versa.

Oh, okay, i thought about that too.. but i had never seen anything but karate before and i swear i saw it "loop" all the way through before once during karate.

Sidenote:

Is the mom singing the lullaby the same one from Home Alone? And wouldn't it be wonderful to be imortalized in a Disney attraction? I wonder if those actors proudly print it on their resumes and go on the rides for fun every so often. Then again, has anyone ever seen Ellen at her energy adventure? Still, it would be nice to say.. "I'm the woman who chooses the crash test at Test Track.

:) I think UoE went from very borrrrrrrrrrring to a fun show with the addition of the Jeopardy/Ellen story line. Even the pre-show is:cool: now.

The Japanese girl plays baseball. That is why she is talking about it.:D

Okay - we're on the same page now! And yes, I suppose they should...I'm not a "boy-band" fan. How can they be bands if they don't even play instruments?

Wait, is this "global neighbordhood news" scene in the ride? I am guessing you mean after the starfield at the top of SE, but is this news thing on one of the tv screens in the scene right after it, or is it actually in the narration audio?

The woman singing the lullaby to her daugheter in SE is not Catherine O'Hara. It may look similar to her, but she is not her. Sorry.
