Very good food, nice atmosphere. Be excite/warned, Saturday nights they do (or at least did) a drag show--very funny.
A few blocks away but a similar vibe, I'd also recommend Cafe Tu Tu Tango. Mostly tapas, but again, very good, decorated with local artwork. Sometimes even have artists working in the restaurant.
