Fulton's Crab House at Pleasure Island will host a feast of Alaskan culinary offerings and activities at the seventh annual Seafood Alaska Festival from May 20-26.
Each evening, Guests dining at the restaurant may enter a drawing for a chance to win a whole salmon, flown in fresh from the Alaska coast.
Ice sculptor Raffy Pambuan will host ice-carving demonstrations from May 20-22.
Fulton's Crab House Chefs will host a daily cooking demonstration at 8 p.m. from May 23-26, focusing on an assortment of classic Alaska seafood specialties, such as White King Salmon, Black Cod and Snow Crab, on the restaurant's exterior stage.
A special May 23 menu highlighting Alaska seafood and produce from the Pacific Northwest will include Copper River Salmon, King Crab, Halibut and Scallops, and paired with popular Pacific Northwest wines. This Northwest Excursion event costs $39.95 for each person. Interested participants must call (407) 934-8424 to make reservations for this event.
All festival event proceeds will benefit the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
