Disney is eliminating seasonal. They are not allowing you to go from part time to seasonal any more. Also part time is now 3 days a week full availability. If you can find a seasonal position you can upgrade to part time but do not plan on going back. Many people are now finding they gave up seasonal and its permanently gone. I am a cm and have been for awhile. I requested seasonal based on medical issue and it was denied. I am now on month 4 of medical leave per my doctor instead of being seasonal and have accommodations.
