Their used to be a ticket booth at Pleasure Island that was one of the old railroad cars from Fort Wilderness....heres a website that shows it at the bottom of the page http://waltdatedworld.bravepages.com/id119.htm
Parts of the railway are still visible to this day if one does a bit of detective work. For instance, there is part of a bridge that still exists over a creek.
Check out Michael Broggies book "Walt Disney's Railroad Story" There is a entire Chapter on the Ft. Wilderness Railway, lots of information and pics but no map...sorry.
One of the cars from the Wilderness Line now resides within Typhoon Lagoon's parking lot. It's been painted over and draped with a net to help it fit in the with theming.
very interesting, I thought the railroad took people to the entrance to the Magic Kingdom. My first time down was in 1981 so I wasn't sure if they just covered it up real well after they closed it.
