Frozen and talking Mickey Mouse

Hi There. I am going to the world with my family next week and there are two things that I am extremely interested in. One, meeting characters from the new movie Frozen. Does anyone know if they are out in EPCOT yet? and Two, meeting the talking Mickey Mouse in Magic Kingdom....how do I make this happen?

Elsa and Anna from Frozen are supposed to start appearing at the Norway Epcot pavilion at the start of November according to the Disney Parks Blog, but you never know, they could start earlier.
As for the talking Mickey Mouse, I believe that it is still in testing, and not all the time. You'd be extremely lucky to get to meet him. I think the tests have been happening in his usual meet and greet area, the Town Square Theatre. Good luck!
