Frontierland. Lost, but is it Phase 2??

While we all know that Hong Kong Disneyland will eventually become two parks, resorts, etc, and Hong Kong DL will have only have Main Street, Tommorrowland, Adventureland, and Fantasyland, I have one question:

Will Frontierland eventually come into the picture again?

(I must note that Frontierland and ToonTown were actually in the beginning plans when I first heard about it, but were phased out for costs. Did anyone notice that Dinosaur and Kali River Rapids (or some sort of western river expedition [pun intended]) was pictured in some rough diagrams of the place?

I think not.. I think they may incorporate the other lands into their lands, but not differentiate them

IT was known that DIsney was definatley planning a rapids for either Forntierland or Adventureland, and Dinosaur was origannly planned for Adventureland or arelast some sort of a DInsosaur themed sub-land. The only amin attraction that seems to be in limbo from the dropping of Frontierland is Phantom Manor. It was in plans for the park but it was never really fastend to a land, I guess it could easily be added to Adventureland of Fantasyland. Big Thunder is the only attraction that could not realy be added to another land w/o some major re-theming, but I am not sure whether it was even really being planned for the park at all.
