Alright, I'm back from my 2nd WDW trip of the year. Had absolutely no issues with my bag, even though it was stuffed to the max and was probably a bit more puffy than would have fit in the tiny box ;-).

So, at least I now know how to save $60-70 on my WDW trips!

Awesome! I am so glad this all worked out for you. It's been over a year since I've flown Frontier (flew American and United last trip b/c were cheapest lol) and so maybe they made changes. Thanks for the update so I know how to poss save $$ on next trip lol!
