This is hysterical.

Going to that Cantina back in June, 2019 was a memorable part of the day for me because the CM hostesses staffing the door were so incredibly frazzled, and stressed, and angry, and looked absolutely miserable as they glared at anyone who dare approach them with a question about spending money in their establishment. And the land was mostly empty and they still were all about ready to snap.

I have no doubt those Cantina hostesses have moved on with their lives, the poor dears, and are now staffing the customer service desk at some hellish big box store at the Buena Park Mall or something.

But to think TDA wants us to go back to Star Wars Land to "celebrate" a woman we don't know and have never seen is just icing on that Cantina cake and pure... perfection.

The Star Wars galaxy does not have the same calendar as we do. And even if it did, who declared July 18 (and also July 19, and also July 20) was this random fictional character's birthday? Who cares about this fictional character enough to want to celebrate her birthday?

Also, why would you make this fictional character's birthday the day after Disneyland's? You're just trying to upstage the park at this point.

Next month we will be celebrating Willie's birthday from Willie's Churros and this fall an after hours event celebrating the fictional couple who bought a vineyard in California Adventure's baby shower! I can't wait!
