I am a former Disney leader (yes, people do leave) who consults with entrepreneurs on how to adapt the magic of a Disney Experience in their business or practice. My claim to fame was the design, building and operating Chef Mickey's at the Contemporary Resort.
I also own an oriental rug business on the Eastern Shore of Maryland where I have applied the Disney principles with success.
