From movie to theme park attraction...

What Disney (or Touchstone) movie (or tv show) do you think should be turned into a theme park attraction? And what kind of attraction should it be?

I was thinking that a dark ride based on Beauty and the Beast could be cool.

Well, if you ask my 3 year old son, he would tell you that Disney should put in a Tarzan-themed ride that is kind of like Peter Pan but you'd have the feeling of swinging from tree to tree limb instead of flying. It might be a good idea! It would sure make my son happy!

I would have to say Journey into Atlantis, even though Sea World already has one, it would be cool if Disney made one too.

Honestly,
I cant think of one that hasnt already been made.
But... I was just wondering if anyone else is ticked that they made a Country Bear movie, based on the ride. The previews dont really look that good, and im afraid that they will change the ride to fit the movie!! ..what to do..what to do.. Any other ideas?

I'd just like to see WDW get the Nighmare Before Christmas twist on the Haunted Mansion for the holiday season. NBC is one of my all time favorite movies. Does anyone have any reason to beleive that it might happen at WDW too? is it even happening again this year at DL?

Personally I thought that the clips that they showed as a preview before seeing Lilo & Stich were hilarious! I can't wait to see the Country Bear movie!

i almost freaked when i saw in the Disney Magazine how they were putting NBC into HM at DL...but then i read that it was temporary, and i was ok with it i think it'd be really cool if they did it at WDW....ONLY if it were temporary! which i'm sure it would be.

I think Nightmare Before Christmas was the best new thing they've done at DL since Indiana Jones. They went all out. I couldn't believe it was only temporary considering how elaborate it was. I actually was never a huge fan of the movie, yet after riding the "enhanced" Haunted Mansion, I raced out to buy it on DVD (and I didn't have to race far because they were selling it on a little cart just outside the exit). My guess is that it would make good fiscal sense to somehow utilize all those props again, and the best way to do that would be to bring it to WDW.

I agree that Country Bears looks like a pretty stupid movie. I heard they're making a Pirates of the Caribbean movie with Johnny Depp. That could be cool!
