Im going to be staying on international drive and im not going to have a car. my hotel has scheduled transportation to WDW. just wondering if anyone knows if this normally runs till late if we want to hang around late at the parks? Does anyone know how much taxis cost from international drive to WDW?

Best bet is to contact the hotel directly (or check their website) for the bus schedule as they will vary from hotel to hotel.
I don't know if they are still on the go, but a cheaper alternative to taxis is/was Airport Limousines, something I used on my first trip when I was not old enough to rent a car. They are mini buses that you will share with other passengers which you phone for about an hour before you need to take the actual journey. It's something I arranged through the front desk.
Much cheaper than a taxi, but of course you may end up sharing the bus and taking a small detour on the way back to your hotel.
