Friendship boats - operating hours?

How early in the morning do the Friendship boats between Epcot, Beach/Yacht, Swan/Dolphin, Boardwalk, DHS run?

I'm running the Darkside 5K and we have an 8am ADR at Hollywood & Vine. I'm not sure if the runDisney buses would be running park to park (to get me from the 5K finish at Epcot to DHS for breakfast)?

Plan 1 (if park to park buses available): bus it to DHS, meet DH and kids at the gate, get to ADR

Plan 2 (if no park to park buses): runDisney resort bus back to Swan, meet DH/kids there, boat/bus it to DHS (boat is preferred)

Do these plans sound feasible? Thanks for any info -- especially about the hours for the Friendship boats.

Hours vary seasonally. Generally you can expect the boats to begin running to a theme park about one hour prior to park opening and continue until about one hour after park closing.

As someone else said, an hour before opening to an hour after closing is the boat operating times. Buses generally don't run in between the Epcot resorts and Epcot/DHS unless there's a thunder storm in the area.

You can also walk from Epcot to DHS if absolutely necessary if you can get out of Epcot via international gateway, although it is by no means a short walk. If you can get out via international gateway, you may be better off just taking the boat from Yacht/Beach or Swan/Dolphin.

I'm thinking walking it back to Swan is not happening, as I will have just finished running a 5K. Haha

The runDisney buses will be running to transport runners from resorts to the starting corrals. I'm assuming they will also be running to return runners to their resorts.

I guess from Swan to DHS we'd be walking if the boats aren't running early enough for our ADR.

Edit to add: I just double checked the race guide. For the 5K, runDisney buses run 4am -5:30am (to get runners to the start corrals). RunDisney buses also run 7-9am (to return runners to their resorts). If the boats aren't running 7:30-7:45ish, I guess we're walking to DHS for our ADR.
