Free Refills?

So I drink a lot (non-alcoholic) during all meals and I can't remember if refills were free or by the glass the last time I was at WDW. Can someone remind me? Thanks!!!!

You get free refills on soda, tea and coffee.

You will not get free refills for most specialty drinks like milkshakes, smoothies, etc.

Full service (sit down meals) are all free refills but most quick service places aren't. I know Sunshine Seasons in FW in Epcot has free refills (also the food is quite good), as does the Electric Umbrella though I don't recommend this place as much. Be Our Guest in MK has free refills as well.

Also, you actually can get milk shakes with unlimited refills at Whispering Canyon Cafe at the Wilderness Lodge.
