LOTS of bodies supported:

I always have a small cheap "netbook" with me when I am out, so this is actually great for me!

So far it works great! Check out the site for a list of features as well as supported bodies (more being added all the time).

For those who don't know, a tethering program lets you control your camera from your computer (and your phone via this program). You can make adjustments and even see real time full screen results. The big advantages to this are being able to do complex actions such as time lapse, varied DOF, bracketing etc...easier (SOME bodies have these features built in).

by the way, in case anyone is asking "How can you possibly justify a laptop in your camera gear!"..a netbook is tiny..like..10" tiny. Smaller than your average iPad. Fits in my camera bag. The specs are super low (atom processor..1-2 gigs of ram)..so they are also really cheap..even more so now that they are all pretty much discontinued (tablets killed the market). I run one and all I did was upgrade the windows 7 on it from "starter" to "home" and it runs tethering fine. Can't run lightroom or photoshop at any acceptable speed..but thats not what I got it for anyway :p I originally got it to bring with me as a quick file dump (it has an SD card slot), but found more and more ways to make it useful as time went on. Its been about 2 years and its still chugging along like a champion.

Its a good little machine (until at least surface pro's go down in price :p )
