When was the free meal plan offer for this past fall announced? Was it in the spring? My friends and I are going the beginning of October and I'm just trying to remember exactly when it was announced for this past October.

Whenever i want to look up past discounts I usually Google, historic wdw discounts. Then look for a mousesavers page. They will have past discounts dating back a few years. According to their website, free dining for this past fall was announced in July for general public.
