At Disney World they do a free dinning program in August and September. Does this happen at Disneyland too?

Disneyland doesn't have the same dining plans as WDW.

Disneyland's Dining Plan is a "Disney Dollar" type system and you can EASILY lose money on it. It is a BAD BAD PLAN!
