Looks like they're offering free dining plans with Magic-Your-Way tickets for mid August through September, but you have to book by June.

My girlfriend (now fiancee) and I booked for last August because of the free dining plan. It was fantastic!! I will not book a trip to Disney without including the dining plan from now on.....
Don't get me wrong, we don't eat tons (unlike what seems most of my fellow New Orleanians)..... However, we do eat 2 meals a day, and that's what the dining plan gives you.
We gave our lunch desserts to kids that didn't have them (counter service desserts come in sealed, individual portions) and ate well for dinner at the table service facilities.
I hope you take advantage of the free dining plan (I think it prices for around $35 per person/per day out of pocket).
