Free Dining plan in Nov or Dec ??

We are planning to go to Disney in either Nov or Dec when the crowds are low, but was wondering if the free dining plan is typically offered in either of those months???
Our dates are flexible and waiting to book until we know about the dining plan so any information would be appreciated!!

I'm waiting as well since we're going the week after Thanksgiving. Typically WDW has offered free dining for that time of year but this year the specials/discounts have been different and cut back. I'm hoping it is offered, we'll be switching resorts if it is.

As of right now it's by pin code only, which is being randomly sent out by Disney. That could change soon.

If they do then they are usually released late Aug. early Sept!

I'm waiting also, if they offer December 15th - 22nd I will book. We wanted to go in mid December but if Disney doesn’t offer it I will wait until 2014.

They did NOT have free dining last year when I was there the first week in December. They had a 30% savings on a room and dining plan though.
And from what I've been told they don't offer free dining or discounts within a week of Christmas because they're so busy.
