Free Dining Plan for 2015: Will it be offered again?

My family is planning on booking sometime between November 8th to November 19th but when we went to book there was no offer for the Free Dining Plan, turns out we missed the timeframe. Do you think they will offer the Free Dining Plan again in the fall or have we missed it for good?

From what I heard the number of rooms allocated to free dining and even to the fall discount was small. Also just checking for the dates you have selected shows a lot of resorts with out occupancy.

Historically they don't offer Free Dining a second time.

Typically once free dining is gone it's gone, and since those dates were included in the offer I don't see it being offered again.
