Free Dining in Febraury?

We are planning a trip to Disney World in early February. Do they ever offer free dining for early February? As of right now, we are not planning on buying the dining plan, so I've got nothing to plan for. And it's driving me crazy.

I'm going in February 2015 myself, i'm holding out for some sort of discount as well.

Check this website out, has the historical information on when and what Disney released for discounts. For the past few years, they've released something somewhere in Oct.-Jan. for 2015 packages. --

We just booked our trip for Feb 19-28 2015 last week, we booked the dining plan also (1 quick serve, 1 sit down, 1 snack). We are hoping that the dining plan ends up being discounted for the dates we are there, but if no, oh well... I just if it isnt discounted I will just have to work a little OT to make up for it when we get back.
