Free Dining for the Fall and Winter?

Has anyone heard of Disney extending the free dining for 2013 into fall and winter months? Am waiting on this to green light a winter trip.

No word yet but the September promo ends this weeks so we will know about the rest of Fall soon

I got free dining for December through a pin in the mail so I assume it will be offered to the public when the winter specials come out.
