Free Dining, can I get it???

Hi Guys,
I see alot of chatter on here about the free dining PINs that are being applied. I can use a little help, can't seem to figure out if this is something that can apply to me or not. My dates are 8/17/13 to 8/23/13.
From what I can tell it doesn't apply to me, but I can't figure it out. Can any of you experts help me out??

Your travel dates are before the most recent offer apply. And, the PINS, as I understand it, are randomly sent out by Disney to people. I don't think anyone has exactly identified how the recipients are selected. You don't sign up for or apply. For my best guess, I think they go to people who have visited in the past.

We went in 2010 with some friends, so everything was in their name and that generated nothing. We went again in 2012 under our name and that seemed to do the trick - I've gotten a few PINS since then.

The PINS are strictly enforced. They are matched with last names and bookings have to be under that name. PINS cannot be shared, traded or used by anyone except the recipient.

You should always check with your Disney travel agent (if you have one) re: additional discounts becoming effective. And, you might consider one - the agents don't charge commissions - they are paid by Disney per trip they set up.

If you are going with someone that has a pin, they can put up to 3 rooms under that code. I have done it several times.
