Hey,
The pic was taken around 9:40 am, however I came back just before I left (12:30) and it was still visible, so were these pics:
(bottom right on the fence)
Some guy was throwing food on to that lake, and the seagulls were going for it, and like ice skating.. it was soo freeking funny, i got it on tape and will post it as soon as I can digitise it.
It was soo cold the day/night before, my camcorder actually stopped working.
