FP+ time/choices (a few questions)

Our FP window opens soon. Just a few questions- how accurate has the 7am time been lately? I've been hearing some days people can't start making them til 8 or 9. Just trying to decide if I want to do them myself (with my 2 kids screaming in the background ) or ask my TA to do them.
Secondly, last time we were there in 2014, meeting Anna and Elsa was top priority, as was 7 Dwarfs, so it was suggested you make those first regardless of the day, then go in daily order. Is that still the case with 7 Dwarfs? I'm assuming I should do Frozen first, even though its towards the end of our trip, then 7 Dwarfs? Any thing else I should do first?

I did it a few days ago and it worked right at 7am EST for me. Make sure your tickets are linked beforehand.

I'd do Frozen first. The 7DMT hype seems to have died down just a bit, while obviously Frozen's has skyrocketed (even more!). There was plenty of availability when I checked, but Frozen time slots were already disappearing.
