FP+/My Disney Experience App - Kids Account / Access?

My sister is going to be going to WDW and has two teenage sons who will be (at times) on their own. They show up under her account on the My Disney Experience App. Is there some way she can grant them access (without giving over her PW) that would allow them to make their own FP+ Reservations?

You can send an invite to them thru MDE on the friends and family screen. That's what I did with my son.

Theoretically they should also be able to change their own FP+ at one of the kiosks by scanning their Band, but it'd probably be easier if they changed their profiles from "managed by mom" into their own login and profiles.

If they are "managed", then they don't have accounts. If they are "connected" then they would have their own accounts and be able to manage their own FP+. (Conversely, they can also manage Mom's at that point....)

I had to send my son an invite because when he tried to access the reservation it showed it was managed by me (mom) and the only way he could manage his FP+ times was for me to send an invite.
