Heading down for MVMCP in November and we DON'T have MK admission during the day. Can I make FP+ for the 4-7 window without the daily admission?

Yes. MDE considers it a one day ticket, the only difference being you can't enter until 4pm. At 30 days out, you can make your choices. Note that the first one may not necessarily begin at 4 (e.g. 3:45), so make sure you plan accordingly to get to it in enough time after you enter.

Interesting about this question, today in my email I got a survey from Disney about the MNSSHP I attended on October 1st, and a lot of the questions were about if I'd prefer to be able to have FP selections during the party.
