So, I am trying to nail down the last few details before I arrive in The World in 18 days. Finally got the BOG FP+ (hooray!!) and am now trying to secure a FP+ for MSEP. It is showing up on my MDE app as an option and I can get all the way to the screen that says "Get Fastpass +", but once there, MSEP is not on the list of options to choose!?!? It is not an option on the computer version.
When I called the internet help line, the CM was able to look up my account, she said she tried to add "special" Fastpass+, but her system wouldn't let her. She suggested, after verifying which resort I was scheduled to arrive at, that when I arrive at my resort, I should check with guest services who "may be able to give out a special fastpass+". I feel like that is a line floated to appease me for 18 days.....
Anyone have any thoughts about what to do? When it will become an option? Anything at all....?
