We're going to the party on 10/30. I was able to make FPs for our family for some times from 4-7pm. We will only be using the MNSSHP ticket though to access the park after 4. Does anyone know if we will still be able to use our FPs even though we didn't enter the park using our other tickets (we have 5 day a park hoppers which we won't start using for a couple of days after the party)?

Party tickets allow park entry starting at 4pm. You will have no trouble getting in. There is usually a section of the entry for party tickets only. You can even try and get there a little early. They starting letting guests in at 345 when we went to our party last year...

If you've been able to book the FP+ using your MNSSHP tickets, then there's no reason why you can't use them
My concern is that the system thinks I'll be using the park hoppers and that the FPs will be linked to those and not the MNSSHP tickets.

Thanks, I was aware that we could enter at 4 but i just wasn't sure if you could have FPs associated with the tix for those 3 hours.

Thanks to both of you for your responses.

I understand, but from what you say, your Hopper Tickets don't start until November - therefore, the MNSSHP are the only valid tickets for Oct 30th and the only tickets from which the FP+ could be booked ??

@stevehousse is correct. While *making* FP+ is a function of having park admission, the FP+ is stored on your MDE profile. It's not directly associated with a particular ticket.

So as long as your Party ticket is linked to your MDE profile, you can make FP+ for the 4p-7p timeframe. Then use your Party ticket to enter the park. After that, you can use your Party ticket or your MagicBand to access the FP+ queues, since they both point back to your MDE profile.

Thanks but there's no way the system knows I would want to start using the park hoppers on 11/3 and not 10/30 as far as I can tell and don't want to waste a full day's worth of ticket for a day that I can use the halloween party ticket for.

Thank you! This is exactly the information I was looking for. Sorry I couldn't explain it better in earlier posts!
