Looking to eat at the Four Seasons on Disney property during our December trip. We will not have a car (we depend totally on Disney transportation). Short of paying for a cab, is there a way to get to this resort from Disney?

Best/easiest way would be to take an Uber/Lyft from your resort. Will be cheaper than a cab.
You possibly could take the Four Seasons bus from one of the parks, but you'll certainly will save alot of time going the Uber/Lyft route.
