Im hoping his is all for a good reason. The Fountain of Nations was never built to dance. I’m hoping there replacing this one so we can have a fountain that was built to dance. Something where the hardware is always accessible from underneath so the show is always 100%. A fountain that takes on its own character but resembles and has the charm of its predecessor.

I really really really really really really really really really really really really really really hope all of these changes they are making to Epcot (excuse me, EPCOT) will be worth it because I seriously have some fears in regards to what they are doing. :(

That is all.

...what?
It had nothing to do with accessibility, it was all a money issue and typical "how important is it to fix" aka WDW maintenance. Let's see how well the new fountain holds up after 5 years and it's no longer new and shiny.

The fountain of Nations had a good 10 years before it went downhill. 2004 was the first year I really noticed a and in 2005 it dramatically got worse
