There is a new theatre currently under construction next to Tusker House in Harambe. The current theater in Camp Minnie Mickey is still being used until construction is completed.

Not to my knowledge, I'm sure Disney have an expected completion date but nothing has been released officially. Based on photos I'd say its still quite a way off, 7-12 months minimum would be my guess.

I think people have said in the first half of 2014 -- I'm guessing March or April 2014.
