This has been asked many times before, not only on this site but others. Various people have responded by saying they knew of someone who works or worked for Dis and were responsible to monitor things online. Many large corporations do have IT people who check up on sites to see what the feelings of their customers are. I'm sure Disney does the same. We know from several highly responded to online petitions that had been done in the past that nothing was acted on to change the actions Disney had planned to take. And many issues regarding price structures, park policies and recently the parking fee policy and other things that are talked about online frequently, never seems to change anything they do.
