We did see an alligator the last time we were there in 4/01, down where the canal reaches the lake. We reported it to security, and they hightailed it down there. To do what, I don't know. Even if they do allow swimming in the lake, I don't think I want to take my chances. Also, as far as the pools are concerned, they're a far cry from the other resorts not to mention crowded. I know we're paying $77 [plus tax] a night, just for our sites this march, and I know the cabins are 3 or 4 times more than that. Why can't we have pools as nice as the other resorts??? Thankyou
