Have the sitter take a picture of the card number (make sure the security code is scratched off) and send it to you.
Buy a new gift card at any register in the parks. You can put as little as $5 on it.
Register both cards at disneygiftcard.com. Make the new card the "Primary" card, and transfer the balance from the forgotten card to the new card (it cannot be more than $1,000.)
You are then good to go!

Exactly!! We use My Disney Gift Card Site all the time........never forget those days when we'd call to pay for a vacation....and use umpteen $50 gift cards to pay!!
