Foreigner CM

Hello,
I'm sorry if there's another thread like this one, but I'm a Brazilian and I already graduated from college (in 2007), so unless I start a new course I can't really go to the ICP, which is the only exchange program Disney offer to Brazilian people.
So I often go to Disney Careers website to look for job openings and apply for many of them. Do they hire foreigners employees? I don't have a social security number, of course. I want to work at Disney/for Disney so bad, but if they won't hire foreigners, then I'm kind of wasting my time applying for the jobs! :( Have you heard any story of Brazilians who got hired? Not only by Disney in the US but any other Disney actually?

Thanks in advance!

Front line Cast Member is not really a job that Disney is going to do a lot of wait to fill nor is it one that will easily pay for a transcontinental move. If you can't legally work in the United States there isn't much reason for Disney to bother with the extra effort.

What exactly are you looking to do for the Company? You also need to ask yourself why you want to work for such a large company. What do you hope to gain from the experience? What does Disney have that appeals to you that a company in your own country doesn't? If you're answer to any of the above is "Well, I just love Disney", then I suggest staying put.
I am a journalist and I would love to work with them in my field, but actually I'm also looking for opening jobs at the parks. I would like to work with Disney not only because "I love Disney", but because of all the books I've read and interviews I've watched about their vision, mission and philosophy, how they try their best to make people happy and the way they use storytelling to create incredible things. I want to experience this, to see how it works on the daily basis. One thing is reading about something, but experiencing it is completely different. I think I can fit in and do a great job and also learn a lot from them. I want to work for Disney because is a company that I admire a lot and isn't this a great reason?
