This has never happened to me before so I know this is new (and strange). I'm going April 3-8 and made a room only reservation as I have an annual pass. I usually pay everything off within the same week. So I put the down-payment on room, nothing unusual there. But two days ago I tried calling to pay off the remaining balance and the automated voice couldn't find my confirmation number. This, I thought was weird because it usually finds it within seconds. So it transferred me an agent who said they've made it impossible to pay off a room only reservation until you are there in person at the check in desk. Does anyone else find this a bit strange? Does anyone know why they've made it this way? I want to pay Disney, but they won't let me. LOL. Never thought I say that.
