For those of you who have had groceries shipped to your hotel...

Sorry for all the questions about this guys! I just want to make sure I am doing it right. We are ordering a box from amazon pantry with water, mountain dew, and juice and having it sent down to the hotel ahead of time. Now I have two questions:

1. It says it can take up to 4 business days to get there. We are arriving May 5th. So what is the earliest date I can ship it without the resort not holding it or getting upset that they have to hold it?

2. Is this the right way to address the package?

Guest: (Head Name on Reservation) Arrival: 5/5/2015
Address of All Star Movies Resort

Is there anything else I need to add or a different way to format it? Thanks in advance for the help. I really appreciate it.

They won't get upset at holding it, they do it all of the time for guests. Resorts with a conference center will charge you.

I'd order on April 29 or 30, since there is a weekend in there.

That is the correct way to address it, you may want to put the reservation number too.

Smart ordering Mountain Dew!! It is not sold on property not even in the Hess gas station stores. You would have to venture off property. I echo everything DisneyJoe says. I do suggest that my guests include a reservation number as well. Have a great trip!

My mom and my older sister NEED to have their mountain dew lol. Our other option was to each get a bottle in the airport before we boarded the plane to take down. But that would be crazy expensive and just a pain.

I will for sure add the reservation number! Thanks!

I have a question to add here. My Fiancee is Type 1 Diabetic, we are spending our honeymoon in Disney in Nov. I am considering ordering cereal some snacks and stuff in case she goes low at night. We are staying at AKL I just started looking at things like Garden Grocers about getting food sent to our resort but my concern is with the liquid products ie orange juice and milk. These are important for her to have as they really help raise and control her blood sugars if she drops at night. I was thinking about GG because we can also have some adult beverages delivered as well, but my concern with the milk and the oj is that they will go bad before we pick them up. I am assuming Disney dose not have a fridge for that stuff. Is it better just to pick it up at the DVC side of AKL or do they charge you an arm and a leg (do they charge more at the DVC food store?) This will be our first time at AKL and at a DVC so any help or tips would be great thanks!!!
