I don't think anyone really knows, but they released the summer schedule earlier this month (about 15 months prior the first sailings), so I would guess that they'll release December 2022 in September or October of this year. But that's just a guess.

Also, I'm sorry I didn't notice this earlier, but you asked specifically about sailings from NY. Unfortunately, DCL does not ever sail out of NYC in December. I would be shocked if they ported a ship in NYC during the winter.

Never say never: I suppose with the Wish running winter itineraries from Port Canaveral, they could move one of the Classic ships to NYC for longer Caribbean itineraries. But I wouldn't bet on it.
