Food & Wine Party for the Senses ? Help!!

We've talked for years about attending the Int F & W Festival and we'll finally be there this last week in Oct. We're trying to decide if the expense for Party for the Senses is worth it. Not huge Sister Hazel fans (me yes, wife so-so), and I'm assuming the pavillion is located at the EPCOT end of the lake which I remember as not the best place for viewing "Illuminations". What does the $145 -$250 pricing include besides the concert, initial cocktail, and (semi) private viewing...do you still need to purchase food and drink scripts, how packed is it, is a reserved table the way to go... we're new at F&WF and want to "keep it magical"! HELP!!
