I have been a Disney freak for many years and been to WDW more times than I can count, however I have never purposely experienced the Food & Wine Festival...until this year! I am so excited! I looked up several menus and it all looks so good so my question is, what are the must eats? (not a drinker, however I may sample one or two) Thanks

You are in for a treat!!! We all have our personal favorites and new are added every year. New this year to the Canana kiosk is the filet mignon, Hawaii has a Kahlua Pork slider, Mexico has both beef and shrimp tacos. If you're doing the DDP, if possible, save your snack credits for a day where breakfast is your only sit down meal, then peruse the WS kiosks that afternoon and evening. Wonderful experience, you will love it!

Crush Dude!

I would say don't get stuff you can get at home-i.e. Japanese, Italian, Chinese, Mexican. Go for the things you've never tried before. If you are looking to try 1 drink go for the Godiva Chocolate Liquor Iced Coffee from Belgium.

There's plenty to enjoy if you're not a drinker...but so much more to enjoy if you are.
I highly recommend Party for the Senses...at least once.
My wife and I went for our last trip in 2010. I don't need to do it anytime soon, but someday in the future....
