Does anyone know when Disney typically publishes details re the Food & Wine Festival and begins taking reservations for the events? We're 3 months from the start right now.

Just to piggyback on this, I have a stupid question (I've never done F&W before). If all you want to do is eat/drink you can just walk around WS and buy what you want, right? Is there any planning ahead?

Absolutely correct. Each stand has it's own line and you can literally walk from place to place trying something new at each booth. You may want to check out the menus in advance though and pick your favorites and have a plan in place, or you can just wing it based on which lines are the shortest or where you happen to be when hunger strikes. To make things super easy you can buy a preloaded gift card and just keep swiping it at each stand until you inevitably go ahead and buy another gift card. ;);)

They have the 25-30 marketplaces where you can buy plenty of food and drink with no planning. We've done a cooking event in the past for a change of pace. These vary in price from the reasonable ($15-20 including food and wine) to very pricey. Some of this stuff books up quickly.
