Food Rocks

This is my first post and its actually a query . We returned from WDW last month and ever since my 6 year old has been completely obsessed with Food Rocks . I have read differing opinions of this show but seeing as he likes it I wanted to find out more .

Does anyone have any useful links for him , maybe a source of merchandise or even a place to pick up a CD / DVD or VHS of the show ?

Any help would be much appreciated by him ( & us as he is driving us crazy ).

Welcome to the forums Junior!

Your son has a rather "unique" taste there! Food Rocks is not usually the most popular of atraction, and because of that, any kind of merchandise and fan sites are rather thin on on the ground.

Your best bet would probably be something like Napster to find some live recordings. I dont believe there is any official merchandise for the show.

I agree...

In my searching fore sound files I don't recall ever coming across a recording of it, but I am sure it exists. I really wasn't looking for it since it replaced a much better show in my own opinion...

I downloaded all of Food Rocks from Napster back before Napster became a skeleton of what it was. Maybe you could find it on one of the newer sights replacing Napster.

there's a great place to download music from called audio galaxy. (http://www.audiogalaxy.com) of course, you have to sign up with it. but that's where i go since Napster is, like you said, a skeleton of what it used to be. Napster used to be the most awesome place to find music from WDW! i miss it! my sister and i have a huge list of music from the parks! especially epcot and tomorrowland, main street, and adventureland! tomorrowland probably takes up most of the list though.
i agree, Food Rocks did replace a really great show! i remember seeing what used to be there...Kitchen Kabaret, i believe it was called. i'll never forget the song "Veggie Veggie Fruit Fruit"! I loved that song...and still do!! i have yet to see Food Rocks. right after i got back from WDW this past June, I started thinking of some of the attractions that's been there for a while, but i've never ridden (Body Wars, Food Rocks) i think i never rode them because they don't have the greatest of reveiws. but some of my fave rides never do, so i decided i'll give em a whirl next time i go!
anyway, good luck on finding something, Junior...and welcome to the forums! btw, the only merchandise i've ever seen of Food Rocks was in the parks, and it was one of those collector pins. wish i could be of more help!

Yes there IS a recording of it that I got from Napster, but you can also try Kazaa and search for it there - it's free to sign up for it
