Hi Folks. Over here in the UK,we have restaurants that have a BYOB policy ( bring your own bottle ) and I was wondering would you be allowed to bing a bottle of wine into to your food court and open it and drink it with your meal.? Like if we were having pizza or pasta, and wanted some vino to accompany the meal.I know food courts sell wine in little bottles but just wondering if you opened up a full size bottle that you bought at a market, like Hess.?

I would say the normal rule of thumb is, it is a no no where liquor or beer is already sold. Some places have a corking fee where if you don't like the wine that they serve, you are charged say $20 to open it. We have open container policies also. In a food court at mall in the the state of Pennsylvania, you would be fined and possibly arrested for cracking up a can of beer!

I don't think Disney has any problem bringing alcohol to the food court. I am saying this because I saw 2 women in the food with a bottle of alcohol and were drunk as skunks at night. Disney didn't escort those 2 off property at all because they were there the next evening doing the same thing as the night before.
